This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Manage incoming communications for prominent brands
• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product support
• Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure exceptional customer service
• Uphold professionalism, precision, and brand consistency
• Enjoy flexible scheduling options once certified
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (with the exception of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Capable of adhering to detailed processes and achieving performance targets
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools
• Ability to work autonomously and stay accountable to schedules
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory
