This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of every Partner interaction from start to finish through chat, email, and scheduled Zoom meetings.
• Be present for your shift and support your Partners.
• Take full responsibility for resolutions, not just responses.
• Employ creative thinking, adapt quickly, and navigate through uncertainties.
• Maximize the full potential of Arketa for each Partner.
• Become a knowledgeable expert on Arketa and maintain that expertise.
• Act as an advocate for our Partners within the organization.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound chats, scheduled calls, and email inquiries effectively.
• Strong judgment and the capability to solve problems in real-time.
• Skill in identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
• A collaborative team player.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Support position.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools to enhance work efficiency.
• Familiarity with Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is advantageous.
• A four-year degree or Bachelor's degree is preferable.
