This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Customer Care: You will maintain close contact with our customers and serve as their primary point of contact.

• Service Excellence: You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone and via email, ensuring our service remains at the highest level.

• Optimization: You will actively work on enhancing our customer service and relay feedback to the relevant department.

• Team: You will report to the Customer Care Team Lead and collaborate closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Product.

• Complaint Management: You will maintain an overview even in complex cases and customer complaints, responding to situations in a de-escalating manner.

• Your Background: You have gained initial experience in customer support, call centers, customer service, or a similar environment.

• Your Mentality: You remain calm and friendly, even in stressful situations.

• Work Style: You enjoy working analytically and seek creative solutions for your customers’ problems.

• Work Ethic: You are eager to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate initiative, and are highly motivated to learn new skills.

• Language Skills: You possess C2 level German language skills and have basic English knowledge; additional language skills are an advantage.
