This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
• Gain insights into diverse processes and operations within the Managed Care sector.
• Participate in initiatives that enhance the business.
• Investigate various career paths available in the Managed Care field.
• Utilize academic knowledge and acquire new skills through contributions to projects.
• Relay project updates and outcomes to staff mentors and management.
• Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and other pertinent topics within the functional area and industry.
• Attend training sessions and development workshops.
• Investigate AI-driven tools, automation, and learning-design methodologies.
• Evaluate workflows and establish baseline data.
• Develop and test process enhancements.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders.
• Produce job aids, training resources, and associated documentation.
• Assist with related design, quality, and project tasks.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in instructional design, learning technologies, learner experience, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed.
• Must be registered in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field relevant to the hiring department throughout the internship duration.
• Preferred skills include strong research capabilities, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Excel, or process-mapping tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Cannot require visa sponsorship now or in the future, including candidates operating under CPT or OPT authorization.
• Must be available for full-time work, 40 hours per week, during the summer.
