This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieves set sales targets on an annual basis.
• Leverages Trucordia Crop Insurance sales and marketing resources to implement results-driven initiatives.
• Works collaboratively across the Platform to expand and manage the portfolio.
• Maintains a significant book of business that aligns with our Platform's growth objectives.
• Adheres to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, ensuring proper utilization of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.
• Valid Property and Casualty License issued by the state.
• Crop Insurance License required.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in an insurance sales position.
• Experience in farming or ranching is preferred.
• Membership in Future Farmers of America (FFA) is preferred.
• Experience with Livestock Programs is preferred.
