This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Inform clients about Medicare benefits and various coverage options.
• Support clients with plan enrollments and transitions.
• Perform plan comparisons and offer tailored recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and deadlines.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales setting while upholding professionalism and accuracy.
• Keep precise records and documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Possess a valid health insurance license.
• Able to provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere.
• Hold current plan year AHIP certification.
• Have a solid understanding of sales with the ability to drive revenue.
• Capable of contracting and becoming RTS (ready-to-sell) with either all three major carriers (Aetna, Humana, and United) OR two major carriers plus one ancillary carrier (UHOne and Heartland).
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with expectations regarding sales performance and call compliance.
• Ability to operate in accordance with CMS Federal regulations.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
