This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and support requests in a prompt and professional manner.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CRM systems.

• Collect and document relevant information needed to investigate and resolve problems.

• Refer complex matters to higher-level support when necessary.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective and clear communication.

• Assist new users with account creation and onboarding processes on the platform.

• Conduct support and training sessions through virtual meetings.

• Offer guidance on platform features, functionalities, and best practices.

• Develop instructional materials and video tutorials as required.

• Construct and configure CRM assets, including automations and workflows, email campaigns, funnels and landing pages, forms and surveys, appointment booking systems, online courses, client portals, and websites along with associated digital assets.

• Create, update, and manage knowledge base articles and support documentation.

• Identify recurring issues and develop resources to enhance user self-service.

• Monitor and manage assigned tasks and projects efficiently.

• Keep organized records and provide project updates.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and ensure client success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer support, technical support, virtual assistance, or a similar position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• High level of attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable with learning and utilizing CRM platforms and digital tools.

• Ability to work autonomously and show initiative.

• Preferred: Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools.

• Familiarity with help desk, project management, and screen recording software.

• Experience in creating automations, websites, funnels, forms, or email campaigns.

• Background in SaaS, software support, or implementation is advantageous.
