This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead extensive HubSpot implementation and optimization initiatives that align with client business objectives and RevOps strategies.
• Take ownership of the configuration, structure, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM systems across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations.
• Design CRM frameworks that facilitate the entire customer lifecycle, from lead acquisition to retention.
• Convert business requirements into scalable workflows, automations, pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, and reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy, prioritizing ROI and client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, offering guidance, training, and continuous support.
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance project scope and suggest complementary services when applicable.
• Keep abreast of HubSpot product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure client solutions remain future-ready.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate long-term scalability and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor CRM Specialists and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee high-quality project delivery.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in building and optimizing solutions on the HubSpot platform.
• Demonstrated experience leading HubSpot or CRM implementation projects in a strategic capacity.
• Strong comprehension of CRM architecture, automation logic, data modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with integrations, data mapping, and CRM migrations at a strategic level.
• Capability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of RevOps principles across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Experience in remote, fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• HubSpot certifications preferred or a willingness to obtain them (Trainer, Marketing, Sales, Service, RevOps).
