This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Simplify intricate frameworks into engaging narratives that teams can confidently implement.
• Participate in client sessions throughout the Delivery Sales Lifecycle to identify challenges and develop data-driven strategies.
• Assist in crafting pitches that convey impactful stories through strategy, data, and insights.
• Facilitate strategy sessions based on lifecycle thinking, best practices, and established CRM principles.
• Convert strategic recommendations into clear, actionable plans for execution teams.
• Enhance measurable client success by aligning strategies with KPIs and ROI objectives.
• Over 6 years of practical CRM experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated CRM Strategy role within an agency, consultancy, or client-side team.
• Proficient in leading CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Skilled in presenting complex strategies and transforming insights into clear value propositions and feasible activation plans.
• Possess a data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing customer communications and using insights to influence future campaigns—from audience selection to next-best actions, content, and timing.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM ecosystems and Martech, with expertise in platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and similar tools.
• Experience in delivering CRM consulting or advisory services to clients is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication abilities.
