This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• This position is designed to enhance business operations by overseeing customer lifecycle marketing, retention initiatives, email and SMS automation, as well as database expansion across e-commerce, retail, and customer communication channels.
• Take charge of the comprehensive planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of CRM email and SMS campaigns, automated processes, and lifecycle marketing across both e-commerce and retail sectors.
• Create and manage complete customer journeys that encompass lead capture, welcome, post-purchase, loyalty, repeat purchase, win-back, and re-engagement flows aimed at improving retention and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Formulate and implement CRM and retention strategies that focus on boosting customer lifetime value, increasing repeat purchase rates, enhancing engagement, and generating attributed revenue utilizing data-driven insights.
• Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral, transactional, engagement, acquisition, lifecycle stage, and customer value data to enable targeted messaging.
• Oversee CRM automation, including flow logic, triggers, conditional splits, dynamic content, A/B testing, personalization, and performance optimization for both email and SMS.
• Craft clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented CRM copy for campaigns, SMS, subject lines, preview text, CTAs, and lifecycle messaging, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Manage CRM reporting, deliverability, list hygiene, database growth efforts, system integrations (e.g., Shopify, Reviews.io), and collaborate across departments with internal teams to meet commercial objectives.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing roles specifically in e-commerce or comparable industries.
• Mid to senior-level CRM expertise, with the capability to independently create CRM strategies, optimization plans, and performance enhancement recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo or Omnisend, including flows, segmentation, automation, SMS marketing, A/B testing, deliverability, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• In-depth understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, RFM modeling, churn reduction, database maintenance, and customer lifetime value enhancement.
• Experience in integrating CRM platforms with Shopify, Reviews.io, loyalty systems, customer service tools, POS systems, and other e-commerce solutions.
• Excellent copywriting abilities for email and SMS, covering subject lines, preview text, CTAs, and conversion-focused lifecycle and campaign messaging that aligns with brand voice.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM reporting, KPIs, Shopify/Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization within fast-paced e-commerce or consumer brand settings.
