CRM Marketing Specialist, English, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead product, contact, and creative strategies to create and execute large-scale CRM campaigns enhanced by machine learning, predictive modeling, and tailored content.

• Oversee and implement the marketing campaign process from initial request to deployment, emphasizing outbound marketing channels (e.g., email, SMS, push).

• Execute audience segmentation.

• Conduct quality assurance on touchpoints, personalization elements, and any dynamic content.

• Build and deploy campaigns.

• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests that drive ongoing improvements to our fan strategies and increase conversion rates.

• Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns (e.g., onboarding, reactivation) using insights and analytics, along with automation tools to enhance fan lifetime value (LTV).

• Extract key insights and learnings to inform future optimization and template efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to develop the most effective campaign strategies that meet performance objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging, Movable Ink, Attentive preferred).

• Previous experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Adobe tools such as AEP, AJO, CJA, Campaign, Marketo, etc. strongly preferred, but others like SFMC will also be considered).

• Required HTML editing skills and knowledge to make template modifications.

• Comprehensive understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, metrics, and reporting.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Strong understanding of Latin American markets.

• Proficient in Photoshop.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to identify opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong project and time management abilities with a high standard of accuracy and organization.

• Proven capability to collaborate and manage dependencies with team members involved in campaign launches.

• Enthusiasm for innovation and tackling challenging problems.

• A passion for sports is a plus.
