This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the go-to-market strategy for CenterWell’s onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Create comprehensive, multi-channel engagement strategies that include email, direct mail, SMS, app, web, and assisted communication channels.
• Initiate and manage a strategic learning agenda by formulating hypotheses, designing experiments, and converting performance insights into optimization possibilities.
• Facilitate strategic planning within agile pod frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and channel leaders to define and implement advanced personalization strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or customer engagement marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading agile teams or cross-functional pods.
• Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing and journey orchestration.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
• Exceptional facilitation, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
