This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Provide support for the production of MS Dynamics/CRM applications.
• Update and support Microsoft Powerautomate Cloud Flows.
• Update and support Microsoft Azure Function Apps.
• Update and support Microsoft Azure Logic Apps.
• Assist in the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new functionalities.
• Develop, test, and implement D365 PowerAutomate and associated Cloud Flows.
• Develop, test, and implement custom features and processes within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Engage in business case creation and work estimation.
• Recommend and implement best practices for KofC.
• Consult with business stakeholders to modernize processes using Powerautomate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Help communicate new features released to users.
• Create and maintain documentation for application solutions.
• Assist in crafting user guides for newly developed applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance or other issues as required.
• Availability for on-call and/or after-hours work is necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while performing well under pressure.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively and communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Demonstrated up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, Power Automate, Apps), C#, .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure, and ability to apply that expertise in development activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, with preference for D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform experience.
• Experience with integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service.
• Familiarity with Common Data Services such as Dataverse and integration with CRM solutions like Dynamics 365.
• Experience in building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven applications.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery team.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of hands-on CRM experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven applications.
• At least 5 years of IT experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a critical and independent thinking approach.
