This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyzes client business processes and establishes functional requirements.
• Aligns these objectives with the capabilities and tools offered by Creatio.
• Creates suitable documentation to convey and validate designs with client stakeholders.
• Assists clients in validating and assessing options, prioritizing potential scope based on their values and needs.
• Works collaboratively with team members to agree on and verify project scope and the efforts needed for successful implementation.
• Ensures all project documentation and artifact requirements are readily accessible and completed in a timely manner.
• Directs project execution from initiation to completion for the assigned project team.
• Effectively manages project scope, planning, and budget to maintain control, ensure outcomes, and mitigate risks.
• Documents all project requirements as necessary in department-approved formats.
• Configures core system elements using standard tools for components like data model setup, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration.
• Leads and oversees user acceptance testing cycles and conducts training sessions for end users.
• Proactively anticipates, identifies, and resolves issues and concerns both internally and externally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions and projects.
• A minimum of 2 years should be spent in a client-facing role where you defined the functional solution to be executed.
• Proven experience with an enterprise-class CRM solution is essential.
• Familiarity with Creatio, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Sage CRM is preferred.
• Certifications in any of these platforms are a significant advantage and differentiator.
• Experience with digital marketing solutions integrated with CRM is also a valuable plus.
• Strong understanding and demonstrable skills in managing project scope, analysis and requirements definition, as well as task definition within a project plan.
• Experience leading projects using either waterfall or agile methodologies is equally relevant and desired.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services organization is mandatory.
• Strong business acumen, a clear understanding of CRM solutions for business needs, and the ability to align functional solutions with organizational requirements.
• Experience in leading requirements definition and design sessions through interviews, surveys, user workshops, product prototype demonstrations, etc.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks is crucial.
