This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance CRM workflows, configurations, and data integrity to bolster marketing and sales effectiveness.
• Design, launch, and track campaigns and automated marketing journeys.
• Create audience segmentation and logic-based communication triggers that enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Assist in designing and refining customer lifecycle journeys within the CRM system.
• Generate and sustain KPI-driven reports to assess campaign performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Proactively identify and resolve CRM issues that affect campaign execution, reporting, or user experience.
• Document processes, standards, and best practices to facilitate scalability and uniformity.
• Collaborate with various teams to convert business objectives into effective CRM solutions.
• Provide training and support to empower users to fully utilize CRM functionalities.
• Proven experience in administering CRM systems and implementing marketing automation campaigns.
• Comprehensive understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing execution.
• Capability to think logically and strategically about automation workflows and communication triggers.
• Experience in translating data and performance metrics into practical enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and sees projects through to completion.
• Background in mortgage or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
