Critical Incident Responder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• We invite all CISM certified Counsellors to become part of our Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate at HealthHero.

• Our trauma and critical incident support services provide prompt and professional interventions that enable employees to progress after facing trauma.

• We seek independent practitioners eager to register with the HealthHero Affiliate Network to perform Critical Incident debriefings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Are you a BACP/UKCP/NCS accredited Counsellor with a CISM qualification?

• Proven experience in conducting critical incident debriefing sessions.

• Extensive experience in trauma-related work.

• Familiarity with safeguarding and risk management for client populations.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• A clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

• Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems.
