This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Deliver psychological first aid by attending to, de-escalating/escalating, and intervening with crisis callers from our corporate clients in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Provide precise and current information to callers and individuals as needed.
• Accurately gather data regarding calls and callers while maintaining proper records.
• Oversee and manage the company’s customer service/ticketing platform, ensuring prompt resolution of app bugs and support inquiries.
• Collaborate with the in-house clinical team regarding administrative tasks and psychological case management.
• A degree qualification in any field is preferred.
• Proficient in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Must demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
• Possess adequate digital and computer skills along with meticulous record-keeping abilities.
• Open-minded and culturally competent; respectful of diverse cultures, religions, and sexual orientations.
• Willingness to learn; dedicated and motivated to enhance skills and knowledge.
