Credit Control Tutor – 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality and engaging training in Credit Control and Collections that meets the standards of apprenticeship, awarding bodies, and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate apprenticeships and qualifications according to the quality frameworks set by DWP, ESFA, and awarding bodies.

• Strategically plan, prepare, and deliver sessions focused on customer account management, debt recovery, credit risk, negotiation, communication, and regulatory compliance.

• Utilize workshops, webinars, and personalized coaching sessions to enhance learning.

• Create and revise educational materials in accordance with current financial legislation, best practices, and industry standards.

• Assist learners in developing professional behaviors, confidence, and technical skills in alignment with the Credit Services Association.

• Assess learner needs, establish SMART targets, and deliver customized feedback.

• Support learners in their preparation for gateway assessments and the completion of End Point Assessments.

• Evaluate learner submissions, offer constructive feedback, and keep precise progress records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations.

• Strong knowledge of credit management practices.

• Proven experience in delivering vocational or work-based training, preferably in finance or business administration.

• A recognized teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).

• Assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33, or equivalent).

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• A strong commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.

• Capability to uphold Prevent Duty requirements and to promote modern British values.

• May need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS/DS) check, depending on the role.
