This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Clinician files from the initial submission stage to assignment.
• Ensure compliance with baseline and facility requirements.
• Support both current and prospective Clinicians in acquiring certifications, health documents, background checks, licensure, specialty testing, and facility-specific paperwork.
• Notify relevant parties of any assignment-at-risk issues that could impact targeted start dates.
• Confirm requirements and provide updates to the Hospital Database Coordinator or the designated VMS.
• Dispatch clearance notifications and documentation of completed compliance checklists to facilities.
• Gather and distribute reporting guidelines and orientation information.
• Ensure adherence to Fast Start and 48-hour policies.
• Meet the necessary monthly audit scores and leadership performance standards.
• Mentor new trainees and provide guidance on assignment and pending Clinician inquiries.
• Engage in cross-training sessions and be flexible across different business lines as required.
• Work collaboratively with Credentialing, Client Services, Recruitment, Clients, and Clinicians.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced and complex environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Able to take direction and work autonomously under established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Comfortable communicating with employees across various functional areas.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of occupational health.
• Ability to swiftly resolve or escalate issues with others.
