This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Offer thorough assistance for every facet of the credentialing and re-credentialing procedures for Finni Health providers.
• Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure compliance with all pertinent federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
• Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Aid in the provider privileging process by preparing essential documentation and facilitating the credentialing aspects of onboarding new providers.
• Reporting and Process Contribution: Assist in generating credentialing reports, actively identify and help address credentialing challenges.
• Adaptable Responsibilities: The duties associated with this role may evolve to align with the changing needs of the organization.
• 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or a regulated environment.
• Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared success, while also managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Administrative Acumen: A sharp eye for detail and a systematic approach to handling documentation and data.
• Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to detecting and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
• Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for enhancing administrative workflows and data management practices.
• Communication & Collaboration: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully with internal teams and external stakeholders (licensing boards, payers, providers).
• Organizational & Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.
• Mission Alignment: A strong passion for Finni’s mission to democratize autism care and empower providers through efficient administrative and credentialing processes.
• Adaptability & Agility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup atmosphere, embracing change and navigating uncertainty with a proactive mindset.
• $6 per credential submission
