This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the creative development and production of video and motion-based content from inception to final execution.
• Design motion graphics and animations as the primary creative focus.
• Assist in the complete video production process, including creative ideation, planning, editing, producing, and/or directing as necessary.
• Create multimedia content for significant internal and external events, such as: Manifesto videos, Speaker bumpers, Interstitials, Venue screen content, and Mainstage presentations.
• Generate marketing content across various formats, including: Brand videos, Social videos, Product videos, Paid media creative, and Testimonials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, events, leadership, sales, and external agencies to gather requirements and produce high-quality creative assets.
• Convert strategic objectives and creative briefs into engaging visual narratives.
• Uphold a high standard of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all video and motion outputs.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Offer innovative ideas and solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of video content.
• Over 5 years of experience in video production, motion graphics, animation, or multimedia creative development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional motion design and video production capabilities.
• Primary expertise in animation and motion graphics, with additional skills in at least one of the following areas: editing, producing, or directing.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute creative concepts through to final delivery.
• Experience in producing content for large-scale internal or external events.
• Proven track record of generating a variety of video content for events, campaigns, marketing, and brand initiatives.
• Strong collaborative abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the capacity to balance creative quality and turnaround time.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, concept-to-completion environment.
