• Assist creative leads in helping our clients meet their objectives and enhance business value through design.

• Take charge of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.

• Investigate and incorporate AI-driven tools for video, image creation, and animation improvements.

• Engage in interactive motion projects that challenge the boundaries of storytelling and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in motion design, animation, and video production.

• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (experience with 3D and video editing is a plus).

• Background in working with Rive and Lottie animations.

• Profound understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.

• Consistently deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget constraints.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Awareness of AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative technologies.

• Familiarity with UI design systems.

• Ideally, some knowledge of HTML5.
