This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the creative strategy and implementation for paid social media across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create engaging hooks, formats, and concepts that capture attention and enhance conversion rates.
• Foster user-generated content (UGC) and build partnerships with influencers and creators.
• Remain closely attuned to effective strategies on our paid social channels.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI within the team to streamline concept development, production, and creative iterations.
• Over 10 years of experience in creative direction, showcasing a robust portfolio in paid social and direct response video content.
• Extensive knowledge of performance-driven creative on a large scale, including UGC, influencer content, and direct response formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quick, impactful, and constructive feedback.
• Strong background in design and art direction, complemented by keen copywriting instincts.
