This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of the tasks at hand.
• Progress briefs by actively engaging in problem-solving rather than waiting for complete resolutions.
• Produce creative work that reflects a deep understanding of the concept, beyond mere instructions.
• Assume responsibility for the quality, precision, and final results of all work produced.
• Convert creative ideas into practical, effective design systems and assets.
• Implement campaign concepts across various formats, including digital, out-of-home (OOH), sales enablement, and brand interactions.
• Intelligently adapt designs across different formats instead of simply resizing them.
• Manage projects and workstreams with minimal senior oversight.
• Ensure that creative intent is preserved during production by guiding work through the studio.
• Occasionally take charge of rollouts and detailed execution.
• Collaborate directly with copywriters, strategists, and creatives to continuously enhance the work.
• Participate in discussions by sharing insights and constructively challenging peers.
• Clearly present work and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
• Approach every assignment as a design challenge, not merely a task to finish.
• Maintain a high level of care and attention to detail in all projects.
• Focus on the fundamentals so that others can avoid unnecessary stress.
• Seek opportunities to enhance existing work.
• Incorporate references, ideas, and inspiration into projects.
• Provide straightforward solutions and elevate them when possible.
• 2+ years of experience in an agency setting and comfort in a dynamic creative environment.
• A portfolio that showcases strong design principles, campaign strategies, and brand application.
• Demonstrated ability to develop visual concepts and apply ideas across various formats.
• Experience in interpreting creative direction and transforming ideas into completed work.
• Proficient knowledge of essential design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Experience collaborating with writers and strategists to create innovative work.
