This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Search & Social Ad Copywriting Focused on Conversions: Create high-intent headlines and descriptions for Google Ads (RSA) that enhance Quality Score and reduce CPA. Develop engaging ad copy for Meta, LinkedIn, and various social platforms.
• High-Conversion Landing Page Creation: Design the narrative structure and write copy for landing pages that maintain "message match" with the ad and effectively convert traffic at every funnel stage.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously A/B test headlines, CTAs, and hooks. Analyze performance data to refine successful copy and eliminate underperforming assets.
• Multi-Channel Script Development: Draft impactful scripts for both short-form and long-form video advertisements.
• Collaborative Strategic Efforts: Work in close partnership with Ads managers and designers to ensure the creative vision is in harmony with technical targeting and visual aspects.
• 3–5 Years of Relevant Experience: Demonstrated success in a performance marketing agency or a rapidly growing B2B brand.
• Native English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of the US Market: Proven experience and a deep knowledge of the US market.
• A "Conversion-First" Approach: You differentiate between "clever" copy and "converting" copy. You grasp consumer psychology and triggers.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Ads interfaces, landing page builders, and fundamental SEO principles.
• Data Savvy: You are comfortable with numbers. You can analyze a dashboard, identify a high bounce rate, and know precisely how to rewrite the hero section to address it.
• Proven Portfolio of Success: You have a record of achievements. You can present campaign metrics, before-and-after copy examples, or case studies that illustrate a direct increase in conversions.
