• Facilitate the onboarding process for creators and ensure they have access for Creative Strategists.

• Play a crucial role in crafting successful creator campaigns.

• Work in close collaboration with TikTok Shop Managers and Creative Strategists.

• Assist the broader TikTok Shop team with administrative duties and campaign management.

• Over 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, affiliate marketing, or a related field.

• A solid understanding of TikTok and the creator community.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to build relationships.

• Confidence in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines simultaneously.

• A proactive attitude and a readiness to take initiative.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic remote setting.
