This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Collaborate and brainstorm with the team to create captivating social content that engages audiences across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and EDM.
• Develop, visualize, design, and implement creative content and layouts to support marketing campaigns in the SEA-Oceania region.
• Stay updated on the latest social and beauty trends, tapping into cultural insights.
• Produce storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for both site content and social-first initiatives.
• Establish timelines, shooting schedules, and storyboards.
• Oversee all stages of production, from ideation and scripting to filming and post-production.
• Apply photography and videography skills to support marketing campaigns, including post-production and editing.
• Capture and edit original video content, participating in all aspects of video production from pre-to-post (filming, editing, color correction, sound design, etc.).
• Design and create marketing materials for both print and digital formats, including websites, EDM, social media, brochures, banners, packaging print, and other marketing assets while understanding market design preferences.
• Drive innovative “think outside the box” ideas, often anticipating trends and curating content that captivates audiences, encouraging them to rewatch, share, and stay engaged.
• Highly skilled in shooting, editing, and producing short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the regional team to uphold high production standards.
• Address technical issues as needed and work with the team on revisions up to delivery.
• Research and compile social trends, ideas, competitors’ exemplary examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content.
• Must be available for a full-time internship lasting 6 months, from June/July to December 2026.
• Proficient in photography, videography, editing, or creative content production.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI in content creation is advantageous.
• Possess a strong visual perspective and comprehension of the broader beauty video landscape.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret creative direction and execute it through video editing.
• Solid understanding of frame composition, including lighting, angles, negative space, and photo clarity/depth of frame.
• Knowledge of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate and document technical processes and challenges clearly.
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking capabilities.
• Expertise in tools and processes for managing creative assets and content workflows.
• Degree or diploma in design-related courses or equivalent qualifications.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras for capturing photos and videos for social media content, with the ability to operate basic lighting and audio equipment.
• Creative, passionate, independent, and resourceful.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to explain the rationale behind designs.
• Capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Target-driven with strong deadline management skills.
• Recent graduates with high potential will be considered.
