• Transform internal recordings, strategy discussions, and research insights into concise video content.

• Edit clips utilizing software such as Opus Pro.

• Enhance pacing, captions, and narrative coherence.

• Tailor videos for specific platform formats.

• Assist in the production of long-form content suitable for YouTube.

• Organize longer educational or strategic videos.

• Elevate clarity and visual consistency.

• Generate images, diagrams, and visual concepts using AI tools like Gemini.

• Design thumbnails, advertising creatives, and website visuals.

• Maintain graphical consistency across various brands.

• Prepare content for upload on multiple platforms.

• Manage formatting requirements for advertisements and website publishing.

• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to test different variations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience.

• Excellent English communication abilities.

• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Opus Pro, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent.

• Willingness to explore AI image and video generation tools.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.

• Capability to work with rough inputs and produce polished outputs.

• Organized and adept at managing multiple deliverables.

• Portfolio or links to edited video work.

• Brief note detailing which AI creative tools you have utilized and in what capacity.

• Bonus: Experience in editing YouTube content.

• Familiarity with creative requirements for paid advertising.

• Understanding of storytelling structures in short-form video.

• Preference for candidates with U.S. time zone overlap.
