This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Oversee the complete creative campaign development process, from initial brief to final delivery, across various channels including paid, owned, and earned media.
• Convert commercial goals and audience insights into engaging creative concepts.
• Draft clear and actionable creative briefs for both static and video advertising content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, internal teams, and external creative agencies, serving as the primary point of contact among all parties.
• Manage the creative production timeline, ensuring that assets are delivered in accordance with the brief, brand standards, and deadlines.
• Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate insights into future creative strategies.
• Co-manage and update brand guidelines, ensuring they are current, accessible, and genuinely useful for the broader team.
• Act as a brand steward by reviewing and approving creative outputs across teams to maintain visual and tonal consistency.
• Advocate for the brand voice and visual identity within the organization, conducting training or onboarding sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine the brand as the business evolves.
• Ensure high creative quality across e-commerce touchpoints, including product imagery, PDP assets, category banners, and promotional content.
• Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and trading teams to ensure creative outputs align with conversion objectives while preserving brand integrity.
• Uphold a consistent visual language across the website, balancing performance needs with brand standards.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, brand, or marketing position, preferably within a consumer brand or e-commerce-focused organization.
• A robust portfolio showcasing both campaign work and strategic brand thinking.
• Demonstrated experience managing brand guidelines and overseeing creative outputs at scale.
• Practical knowledge of e-commerce creative; you comprehend what constitutes a quality product image and the significance of PDP presentation.
• Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) and capable of briefing designers and production teams using ClickUp.
• Strong project management abilities; you are organized, maintain composure under pressure, and excel at balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can diplomatically push back and guide others on the brand journey.
• Experience in direct response advertising within the US market is essential.
