This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Oversee the complete creative campaign development process, from initial brief to final delivery, across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Convert commercial goals and audience insights into engaging creative concepts.
• Craft clear and actionable creative briefs for both static and video advertisement content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, internal teams, and external creative agencies, serving as the central point of contact among all parties.
• Take ownership of the creative production timeline, ensuring that assets are delivered according to the brief, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
• Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate insights into future creative strategies.
• Co-manage and uphold the brand guidelines, ensuring they remain current, accessible, and genuinely beneficial for the wider team.
• Act as a brand steward by reviewing and approving creative outputs across teams to maintain visual and tonal consistency.
• Advocate for the brand voice and visual identity within the organization, conducting training or onboarding sessions as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to evolve the brand in alignment with business growth.
• Ensure high creative standards across e-commerce touchpoints, including product imagery, PDP assets, category banners, and promotional content.
• Work closely with e-commerce and trading teams to ensure that creative outputs align with conversion goals while preserving brand integrity.
• Maintain a cohesive visual language throughout the site, balancing performance needs with brand standards.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, brand, or marketing position, preferably in a consumer brand or e-commerce-focused business.
• A robust portfolio showcasing both campaign work and strategic brand thinking.
• Demonstrated experience managing brand guidelines and reviewing creative outputs at scale.
• Practical knowledge of e-commerce creativity, with an understanding of effective product imagery and the importance of PDP presentation.
• Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) and comfortable briefing designers and production teams using ClickUp.
• Strong project management abilities; organized, composed under pressure, and skilled at balancing competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of diplomatically pushing back and guiding others through the brand journey.
• Experience in direct response advertising within the US market is essential.
• Nice to Have: Experience with a DTC or marketplace brand.
• Background in or significant exposure to performance marketing creative.
• Familiarity with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Autonomy over your work.
