This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-quality design outputs for marketing projects, emphasizing efficiency, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Adhere to Peerspace's brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity to maintain uniformity across all platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing managers, fellow designers, and internal teams by integrating feedback promptly and communicating your work clearly.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, new tools, and best practices in branding, marketing, and digital design.
• Independently manage deadlines and workloads in a dynamic, fully remote setting.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for utilization across the marketing department.
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Design, Art, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or visual design capacity.
• A portfolio that showcases polished, production-ready work across digital channels, particularly in email and social media.
• Proficiency in Figma and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• An interest in AI applications in design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano, Flux, Freepik Runway, Figma, etc., along with a proactive approach to experimenting with emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, especially in the context of digital marketing formats.
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple requests while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo, or foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS for email.
• Bonus: Experience in video editing or basic animation.
