Court Coverage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a position that involves high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation. Examples include inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.

• Proficient and effective on the phone, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptionally organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without oversight.

• Composed and decisive when under deadline pressure; able to make decisions and progress efficiently.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
