Country Manager – Web3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Act as the local director, ensuring complete compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with local regulators, policymakers, and financial industry organizations.

• Manage licensing applications and renewals in close collaboration with the Legal team.

• Ensure all operations adhere to local laws and company policies.

• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with banks, payment processors, and financial institutions.

• Work in conjunction with the Product team to enhance payment channel integrations and their performance.

• Foster relationships with current partners to promote long-term collaboration and growth.

• Lead efforts to boost user acquisition, market share, and revenue for RedotPay’s offerings.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to improve local service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities.

• Create and implement local go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.

• Extensive knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance within the payments/fintech sector.

• Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations.

• Strong background in brand management, marketing, and public relations.

• Established connections with banks, regulators, payment providers, and industry leaders.

• Proficiency in English.
