This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand a Chinese-speaking Web3 community, enhancing engagement, participation, retention, and fostering long-term ecosystem growth through proactive community operations, user interaction, and the creation of a vibrant community atmosphere.

• Formulate and implement strategies for community growth, elevating activity levels, quality of participation, and user retention through organized campaigns, engagement loops, and ongoing optimization.

• Oversee the daily management of social media and community platforms, including content publication, response to interactions, participation in trending topics, and overall control of communication rhythms.

• Keep abreast of trends in Web3, Crypto, blockchain, and social media, continually adjusting operational and content strategies to ensure relevance and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving industry.

• Organize and execute both online and offline community events, such as AMAs, roundtables, livestreams, community challenges, and interactive campaigns—ensuring these events are engaging, participatory, and highly shareable, rather than merely procedural.

• Develop, edit, and manage community content and editorial calendars, ensuring that content is high-quality, relevant, and captivating, with a strong “internet-native” appeal that promotes discussion and sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related disciplines.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Web3 community operations, content management, social media management, livestream operations, or roles focused on creator/community growth.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with users, KOLs, partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential to facilitate collaboration with Chinese and global stakeholders.
