This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide clear and actionable insights to the community within your expertise.

• Identify early-stage opportunities, including low market caps, new launches, narrative shifts, and yield plays.

• Anticipate narratives before they gain momentum, such as AI trends, Layer 2 solutions, memecoin cycles, and real-world assets.

• Maintain an active presence in the community by engaging in discussions.

• Ensure transparent call management by updating, closing, and taking ownership of your performance record.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven strength in at least one area of trading.

• Demonstrated history of successful calls or trading outcomes.

• Established credibility within crypto communities, including Discord servers or on X.

• Knowledge of smart contracts, token launches, or market microstructure is essential.

• Experience in trading, research, market-making, or DeFi strategy is preferred.
