Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Lead and proactively advance Zinpro’s commercial strategy and execution for the business throughout the Northern European regions.

• Own and implement the country’s commercial strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities.

• Develop and execute sales, account, and market development strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.

• Identify and prioritize key species, segments, customers, and channels within Northern Europe.

• Proactively drive a coordinated market strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Technical Services.

• Increase sales through robust customer relationships, technical credibility, and value-based selling.

• Manage and enhance Zinpro’s distinct value proposition by integrating technical expertise, research insights, and technical support into commercial execution.

• Identify new product, market, and partnership opportunities that align with Zinpro’s innovation and growth strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.

• Five or more years of relevant experience in the Animal Nutrition sector.

• Experience in managing customer networks and addressing technical and commercial needs within the animal nutrition and production industries.

• Demonstrated ability to execute technical sales and marketing initiatives, utilizing sound judgment, creativity, and independence to achieve objectives.

• Excellent communication skills, including the capability to present complex technical information and engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Full professional proficiency in English is essential.

• Comfortable working in a mid-sized company environment; proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
