This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• New Business Development: Focus on generating new business opportunities by targeting new logos in both the enterprise and government sectors.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute effective sales strategies that align with SOTI’s business objectives and goals.
• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Account Management & Forecasting: Predict, monitor, and report on key account metrics, sales progress, and performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Issue Resolution & Escalations: Proactively support high-severity requests or escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Partner and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate the involvement of relevant company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to achieve partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Sales Performance & Reporting: Achieve and surpass assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within your partner accounts and territory.
• Over 15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the High-Tech industry; experience with SaaS/cloud is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in direct selling to Tier 1 accounts across key sectors such as Utilities, Healthcare, Emergency Services, and Construction.
• Proven experience in effectively managing and expanding a sales or country operation, including driving revenue and achieving business targets.
• Ability to rapidly learn and convey key product concepts, presenting the value proposition to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
• Track record of success in developing and managing partner relationships, driving consistent revenue results through strategic collaborations.
• Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) or similar market spaces, including knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and related sectors.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced sales environment while handling multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with proficiency in technical, contractual, and financial negotiations.
• Established ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, with a focus on driving sustainable business outcomes.
• Team-oriented with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
