Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement the annual business plan for Brazil, adapting global goals into a tailored strategy aimed at maximizing revenue, market share, and long-term profitability.

• Develop and guide a diverse, high-performing team of sales and technical experts, promoting a culture of accountability, ongoing coaching, and ethical excellence.

• Broaden and invigorate our partner ecosystem—which includes resellers, integrators, and strategic alliances—to ensure the Everpure Platform is effectively positioned and supported across all market segments.

• Act as the representative for Everpure in Brazil, engaging in C-level negotiations and participating in industry thought leadership to differentiate our value proposition from competitors.

• Manage the accuracy of the country’s sales forecasts and pipeline hygiene, collaborating with Finance and Legal to ensure that all local operations adhere to corporate governance and ethical standards.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a complex business unit or country-level P&L within the enterprise technology, software, or cloud infrastructure sectors, consistently surpassing multi-million dollar quotas.

• Expertise in navigating matrixed global environments, with the capability to leverage data-driven insights to manage intricate sales cycles, forecasting, and resource distribution.

• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence both internal stakeholders and external C-suite partners.

• Profound understanding of the Brazilian IT landscape, including local regulations and trends in data storage, cloud services, and digital transformation.

• Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential for facilitating local leadership and global collaboration.
