Country Manager Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Brazil Country Manager in enhancing trading volume and expanding user acquisition.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI, Marketing, Branding) to implement local initiatives successfully.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and local teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Brazil to guide strategic decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil for the long term (preferably in São Paulo).

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience required.

• Preferred background in Finance, Web3, Fintech, E-commerce, Technology, or International Chinese companies.

• Proficient in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

• Strong organizational abilities with a proactive, results-driven approach.
