This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Offer 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Manage a variety of clinical cases, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and others
• Implement CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) either virtually or onsite as required
• Conduct webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology
• Counsellors: must have active membership/registration with ACA or PACFA
• Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA is required
• Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methods (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)
• At least 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
• Experience handling trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or comparable environments
• Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or managerial coaching roles is preferred
• Willingness to occasionally work onsite when necessary is a plus
