Counsellor – Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide daily, concise asynchronous text-based coaching and/or on-demand therapy through our digital mental health platform.

• Set your own working hours to ensure flexibility and maintain work-life balance.

• Offer both video and face-to-face therapy sessions for users.

• Engage in monthly town halls, workshops, and supervision sessions for continuous support.

• Deliver webinars, presentations, and workshops to share your expertise (optional).

• Contribute to ThoughtFull-organized client engagement events and roadshows to demonstrate your knowledge and connect with the community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Licensed and registered with a professional body (e.g., Members of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations, such as the Polskie Towarzystwo Psychologiczne, or equivalent).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

• Proficient in both Polish and English.
