This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Oversee various priorities in a dynamic setting, managing scheduling, patient interactions, and the organization of group sessions.
• Facilitate and supervise the real-time delivery of virtual group therapy sessions.
• Supervise and maintain Zoom rooms to guarantee patients are attending the appropriate sessions.
• Perform proactive outreach to patients through phone calls, texts, and other communication methods.
• Lower no-show rates by encouraging appointment adherence and patient engagement.
• Identify patients who have missed their scheduled sessions and reach out to re-engage them in their treatment.
• Ensure that treatment plans are developed and correspond with scheduled services.
• Promote continuity of care through regular patient follow-up and communication.
• Assist PAC leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
• Collaborate with centers to confirm availability for group therapy sessions and provide links for virtual sessions.
• Exhibit exceptional patient service.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Manage after-hours chat and direct feedback inquiries.
• Operate independently without immediate supervision or team lead support.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with patients with Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
• Required prior experience in healthcare, medical back-office, or customer service roles.
• A strong sense of compassion and a desire to assist individuals.
• Outstanding customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Capable of sitting for extended periods.
• Familiarity with virtual platforms, including Doxy.me and Zoom.
