This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinates travel arrangements using company-approved airlines, hotels, car services, and ground transportation providers to secure the most suitable rates based on client needs and requests in a virtual setting.
• Adheres to company policies, guidelines, and standards related to customer service, building PNRs, and utilizing front room CRS productivity through calls and emails, as well as maintaining attendance, work accuracy, invoicing, and more.
• May facilitate domestic and international business travel arrangements, specializing in a particular area or a combination of areas.
• Remains knowledgeable and updated on all airline rules, regulations, tariffs (both domestic and international), and other industry requirements, accurately implementing this information when planning travel.
• Keeps the immediate supervisor updated on all significant matters.

• Executes assigned duties as needed or requested.
• Provides exceptional customer service to onsite passengers and their administrative teams.
• Welcomes all clients warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Must maintain an impeccable professional demeanor at all times.
• Offers consultative support to travelers and travel arrangers throughout the booking process.
• Completes all reservations accurately and promptly.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a travel agency.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the travel industry, including proficiency in the Sabre CRS system.
• Training on Travelport + will be required.
• Must be proficient in Sabre and successfully pass a GDS assessment.
• Proficiency in both international and domestic destination geography is essential.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel sector.
• A proactive and exceptional customer service approach.
• Ability to manage multiple complex requests simultaneously and efficiently.
• Comfort and experience in working with C-level travelers.
• Capacity to retain and proactively acquire travel preferences.
• Ability to fulfill unique requests with the utmost professionalism.
• Strong travel industry knowledge.
• Expertise in Sabre GDS, including GDS formats, shortcuts, enhancements, and pricing.
• Corporate travel experience is required.
• Proficient in international travel bookings and processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
