Corporate Housing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists relocating employees and external candidates with corporate housing needs.

• Oversees the customer experience, including handling maintenance requests and extensions.

• Establishes direct communication with the relocation counselor.

• Provides continued customer support for existing reservations.

• Connects with the transferee to assess their temporary housing requirements.

• Communicates needs and preferences to the Regional Tenancy Manager.

• Collaborates with expense management to ensure billing accuracy.

• Trains Housing Coordinators and assists with special audits.

• Preferred experience in strong customer service.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to follow up and ensure follow-through on tasks.

• Possesses confidence and decisiveness.

• A high school diploma is required.
