• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in teaching or training adults is preferred.

• Corporate or professional background is an asset.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Comfortable using video conferencing tools for teaching.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Professional demeanor, engaging approach, and a learner-focused mindset.

• Quiet workspace with a dependable internet connection.

• Dedicated and stable workspace suitable for remote work.

• Computer or Laptop: Windows 10 or higher, or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma).

• Intel Processor: Core i5 12th generation / i7 11th generation (or equivalent).

• Mac processor: MacBook Pro - M1 Chip or MacBook Air - M1 Chip.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• At least 20 GB of available disk space.
