Copywriter – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You maintain an overview within your department, utilizing our project management system to effectively prioritize client needs, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and successfully.

• You craft exceptional advertising copy for client projects based on the marketing strategies we formulate.

• You establish the complete technical framework for our clients' email marketing and manage the integration of domains, websites, and tools.

• You regularly monitor our systems, test email sequences, and ensure everything operates smoothly from a technical standpoint.

• You serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. When issues arise, you intervene — finding solutions and enhancing process efficiency.

• You document setups and workflows to ensure our technical knowledge is preserved in a structured manner over the long term.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in email marketing or direct-mail content.

• You are familiar with email marketing tools and can create presentations for video pitches.

• You are exceptionally organized and structured, enabling you to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

• You work independently and reliably, maintaining your project management with precision and accuracy.

• You enjoy client interactions and are adept at finding solutions to their inquiries or challenges.

• Bonus, though not mandatory: experience with no-code tools or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).

• You have experience working with diverse industries and target audiences.
