This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Implement copy briefs across all brand channels and assets, including packaging, product descriptions, performance ads, and email campaigns, ensuring that every word has its purpose.
• Proactively contribute ideas. A well-crafted brief serves as a foundation, not a limitation.
• Uphold the BURGA tone of voice. If it seems like it could belong to anyone else, it isn’t finalized.
• Collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to animate campaigns with compelling copy that complements the visuals.
• Craft performance-oriented copy that drives conversions, including hooks, CTAs, and ad headlines, without compromising the brand’s voice for a quick click.
• Stay attuned to our customers: understanding their desires, communication styles, and what captures their attention.
• Remain informed on trends in culture, fashion, and advertising, integrating that knowledge into every brief.
• Minimum of 2 years of copywriting experience, whether in an agency, in-house team, or on the brand side.
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or a fast-paced D2C brand is a significant advantage.
• Native-level English with outstanding writing abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong creative instincts.
• A solid grasp of copywriting principles, customer psychology, and the importance of research in crafting effective copy.
• An appreciation for both aspects of the craft: developing unique brand voices and producing performance-driven copy that achieves results.
• The capability to think beyond the line itself, considering the strategy, customer behavior, and business objectives behind each piece of work.
• A portfolio that showcases a variety of brand and performance copy, ideally featuring both.
• A proactive, dependable, and straightforward work approach, coupled with the ability to ask insightful questions, take initiative, and enhance the quality of work around them.
• A genuine interest in fashion, culture, and shifting consumer trends.
• A strong sense of ownership, with the capability to identify opportunities, refine briefs, and contribute beyond the initial scope for improved outcomes.
