This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The Copywriter is tasked with converting study objectives, sponsor expectations, marketing strategies, and campaign plans into engaging, clear, and audience-focused content that aids in patient recruitment, engagement, and retention.
• This position necessitates a blend of creative writing, strategic thought, leadership, collaboration, and keen attention to detail.
• The Copywriter will oversee the copy creation process from inception to completion, act as the primary author on designated projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that high-quality deliverables meet deadlines while aligning with study, sponsor, and campaign goals.
• Additionally, this role involves the proficient and responsible application of AI tools to enhance content development efficiency, broaden creative exploration, and fulfill study-specific content requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, media, film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and training.
• A robust portfolio showcasing writing samples from both digital and traditional channels, including campaign copy, patient-facing materials, strategic messaging, and examples of AI-assisted content development.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools responsibly and effectively during the writing process, with examples demonstrating prompt strategy, draft evolution, refinement, editorial judgment, and final content quality.
• A clear and concise writing style, capable of distilling complex concepts into accessible language suitable for the target audience.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to harmonize innovative creative solutions with business objectives, sponsor requirements, patient needs, and study specifics.
• Exceptional editing, proofreading, and quality-control capabilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage various projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Capacity to self-motivate, inspire others, and tackle multiple creative and strategic challenges simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, including the ability to mentor colleagues and work effectively across various disciplines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ways in which content supports performance across email, web, paid media, social, search, and other campaign channels.
• Ability to analyze market trends, audience insights, research, and campaign data, translating them into valuable content opportunities.
• A recognition of the importance of data in fostering innovative thinking, sharper strategy, enhanced creativity, and more effective communication.
