Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create engaging copy for social media, SEO, and content marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to produce blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content.

• Perform regular content audits and apply SEO enhancements.

• Manage and contribute to a content calendar that aligns with Quallege’s marketing objectives.

• Utilize SEO tools to conduct keyword research for identifying high-value search terms.

• Write and edit scripts for webinars and live events.

• Develop briefing guides for speakers.

• Create narratives and slide copy for both internal and external presentations.

• Draft, revise, and proofread press releases, storytelling pieces, and public relations materials.

• Generate persuasive, on-brand copy for partner onboarding communications.

• Aid in managing copy for collaborative projects with university and recruitment partners.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions with the creative team and Quallege staff.

• Uphold high quality control standards.

• Strategically apply AI tools to enhance the writing process.

• Ensure all content adheres to principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related discipline.

• Near-native proficiency in English is essential.

• 3–5 years of experience in copywriting across various channels: social media, SEO, content marketing, and public relations.

• Proven experience in writing for events or webinars, including scripts, speaker guides, and presentation narratives.

• Strong research and analytical abilities; capable of interpreting content performance data and optimizing accordingly.

• Demonstrated ability to write for international and multicultural audiences.

• Exceptional project management skills; adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) and collaborative tools.

• Solid understanding of AI writing tools and their effective application.

• A portfolio showcasing versatility across various formats: digital content, long-form writing, scripts, and presentations.
