This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Script Writing & Hook Development: Collaborate with the CEO and our video team to brainstorm, draft, and create high-converting video ad scripts. Your primary focus will be on developing multiple "hooks" and perspectives for each offer.
• Messaging Optimization: Continuously assess creative performance to revise and enhance existing ad copy, experimenting with new sales messages and emotional triggers to prolong the success of effective campaigns.
• Recruit Actors & Influencers: Our network of actors is always expanding to feature in our videos and bring your scripts to life.
• Research: Under the guidance of the CEO, you will investigate the ideal customer persona, including their challenges, desires, needs, fears, and decision-making processes to shape the copywriting strategy.
• Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and our media buyers to consistently enhance results through A/B and multivariate testing of copy and headline variables.
• Competitive Research: Keep an eye on messaging trends and competitor "hooks" within our target industries to remain competitive.
• Performance Analysis: Review the performance of your scripts on each account bi-weekly for insights and opportunities for rewriting.
• Video Review: Ensure all ads produced by the video editing team adhere to your scripts precisely, working closely with them to guarantee the sales message is clear in the final video.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Partner with the CEO and our development team to continually refine the sales copy of our landing pages and ads to enhance revenue per visitor.
• 2-4 years of experience in direct response copywriting, with a strong focus on crafting high-converting scripts for video ads (Meta & TikTok).
• Proven capability to enhance ad performance through copy iterations, sharper hooks, and data-driven messaging adjustments.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes for actors and influencers.
• Demonstrated ability to work under and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
• Proactive mindset rather than reactive.
• Ability to write with style while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Growth mindset, always eager to learn.
• Fluency in English.
• A portfolio of scripts or ads you have authored that clearly focus on conversion.
• Nice to have but not required: Experience in media buying across any channel.
• Experience writing for financial services.
• Experience with affiliate or other performance-based work models.
• Possess another creative “special skill” you can contribute (e.g., Photoshop, video editing, basic web development).
• Previous experience in writing and producing TikTok Ads.
• Successfully worked in a compliance-heavy industry.
• You have connections with actors and influencers you have previously collaborated with, which you can leverage.
• One-time $500 tech stipend.
